Club member taking on the London Marathon

WCC member Anthony Ballinger will be swapping the bike for a pair of running shoes to take on the Virgin Money London Marathon this weekend. He is running the world famous 26.2 mile event on the 13th of April to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Anthony has a just giving page set up to help raise funds on which he states “I am running the London Marathon for the Motor Neurone Disease Association because I want to raise money in memory of my mum & uncle. For those of you who don’t know much about MND, this is a really horrible disease, very much under funded, and not widely recognised by many.”
