Updates to the Sunday Road Runs

Terry has updated the Road Rides list from October to the end of the year.

You will see from the list that on the first Sunday of the month (second Sunday in October because of the Falling Leaves) there will also be an Easy group that rides at 12-14 mph, covering a shorter route but meeting at the same coffee stop as the Intermediate 14-16mph group. The Easy group will be facilitated by Brian or, in his absence, John Mackelworth. Like Lorraine’s Saturday rides this group is aimed at those who prefer a slightly more leisurely pace, or who wish to build their confidence riding in a group. Distances are approx 30 miles at 12-14mph.

Depending on numbers the Intermediate group may split into two, and a couple of regular road riders have offered to know the routes and act as route guide to the faster group if this happens.
