Time for time trials

The 2014 Time Trial season is upon us and this year we are running a Handicap competition for WCC members to see who is the best time trialler in the club. There will be awards for men and ladies.

The competition begins this Thursday (10th April) at 18:30, with the first Cheltenham Club 10 mile time trial on the UC706 Teddington course.

All you need is £3.50 and the ability to ride flat out for 10miles!  Registration is on the day and the HQ is opposite the Texaco Garage adjacent to the Teddington Hands Pub.

To be considered for the WCC time trial competition you must complete in a minimum of 4 x UC706 Cheltenham events and also the  K39/16 on the 16th July at 19:00.

All of the events for the season can be found on the Cheltenham & County Cycling Club website, but if you can’t make the first event tomorrow, fear not – there are 11 UC706 events being held between now and the 14th of August so there are plenty to choose from!
