CALL FOR HONC VOLUNTEERS

It takes an increasing number of volunteer helpers to run HONC.

Cheltenham & County contribute on course marshals and WCC all of the stuff below – these are the areas we need to man.

1. Preparation of Rider Packs well before the event

2. Car Parking  from 07.00hr at the start
3. Registration from 07.30hr at the start

4. Sign off –after the event

5. Catering at Guiting Village Hall  rest stop from 09.00hr

6. Marshalling at Guiting Village Hall rest stop from 10.00hr

7. Marshalling road junctions at the start in Winchcombe (can do this & ride the event).

8. Riding marshals for 100 & 50 K route.

9. Signing route in week before the event.

10. Clear up after the event.

11. Selling T shirts during the day.

12. Rider recovery.

We have always had great support from club members & we would like to know as soon as possible whether you can help on the day or before and if so in which area/s would you prefer to help?

We have already had a number of offers but do need more. If you can help can you please initially email a response to this address.
