Hardrides

The next Hardride is on  Easter Sunday 5th April.  The start time will be 8:30 sharp  from Winchcombe and Neil  will send out  the route 1 week beforehand.

The ride is a tempo ride to average 17-18mph over a distance of 60 miles and we will increase in distances by 5 miles each month up to 85 in September.

Neil is going to keep the rides flatter as this helps the group stay together and keeps the pace more consistent.

Neil is I also thinking about running some faster evening training rides once a month around Bredon hill to get people ready for the Bredon Hill time trial.
