WCC AGM

The Annual AGM will take place in the White Hart Garden Bar on Sunday 19th April after the Sunday Club runs.

The Club will provide sandwiches which will be available from just before 1pm. The  AGM will start at 1:30. 
After many years of service to the Club Brian Hayward has decided to step down as President..
He has guided the Club through a period of great change which has seen it grow to over 200 members
He is still an active member of the Club and I am sure will continue to be involved in Club activities.
At the AGM we will need to elect a new president.  I set out below the Agenda and look forward to seeing you there.
