Monday night – fast ride night

Neil Reynolds and David Thomas are proposing to lead a number of fastish training rides around Bredon Hill this summer.

The aim will be to ride as a group, taking turns at the front, with the intention of averaging 18 – 20 mph depending on conditions. The runs are planned for Monday evenings leaving from Abbey Terrace at 6.45pm, and the route is approx 30 miles (so we should be back by 8.15ish.)
